I had my car towed in for a fuel pump issue and Rob was helpful from start to finish! My part was ordered, installed and I was back on the road in a day, super quick and efficient

Many of us have difficulty trusting mechanics, for good reason…as far too many of them really “take you for a ride” on the co$t. (See what I did there? 😂) However, I’m here to tell you, as a customer of Shaker Quality Auto for several years, these guys are legit and they’re the real deal! They’ve been around for many years and are a trusted staple in the community and for good reason! They’re down to earth, friendly, and honest. I trust them and their work. Added bonus is the beautiful, friendly dog always there to greet your arrival. Rob, Matthew, Cindy, Bill and the gang are a great crew and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Shaker Quality Auto is my go-to mechanic for both routine maintenance and larger repairs - both mechanical and body work. They just completed some major body work on my Honda Fit and it was great! They do good work - and they're honest. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good auto shop.

Shaker Quality Auto has taken great care of me each time I’ve brought my car in. There were a couple instances I went to another shop and they couldn’t quite figure out what was wrong; Shaker Quality Auto figured it out and repaired it quickly and wonderfully each time. I appreciate the friendliness of their staff and Rob’s transparency communicating with me. They are very reasonably priced and I will continue to bring my car to them any time it is in need of service. As a dog lover, being greeted by sweet Chief is a bonus!

Earlier this year my car had been scrapped against the side of the brick wall and the rear passenger door was super scratched up and dented. I took my car here and within a week it was literally brand new. There was a lot of paint damage and I could not even tell it was ever scratched in the first place. The employees were all super friendly and efficient and they made the process with getting / returning my rental car so seamless. I would seriously recommend this place to anyone, they are fairly priced and do such amazing work.
